Our parishes are open and we welcome you to in-person Mass. If you’re unable to join us in person for Mass, please join a livestream Mass. Below is a list of livestreamed Holy Week Liturgies with Archbishop Paul Etienne in English and Bishop Eusebio Elizondo in Spanish.

What to expect at in-person Mass

If you haven't attended Mass in person for awhile, it's good to know that over 50,000 masses have been celebrated safely in the Archdiocese of Seattle over the last year, and there has been no known case of COVID-19 transmission linked to Mass attendance.

What are the guidelines for attending mass in person during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Mass Guidelines during COVID-19:

Please check your temperature before you leave home.
Please stay home if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19
A face mask is required at all times.
Follow the seating directions in every pew.
Maintain social distance at all times.
Receive Holy Communion in the hand, with your top hand flattened as much as possible.
Singing is discouraged to minimize transmission.

What is the Triduum?

The summit of the Liturgical Year is the Easter Triduum—from the evening of Holy Thursday to the evening of Easter Sunday. Though chronologically three days, they are liturgically one day unfolding for us the unity of Christ's Paschal Mystery.

The single celebration of the Triduum marks the end of the Lenten season, and leads to the Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord at the Easter Vigil.

The liturgical services that take place during the Triduum are:

Mass of the Lord's Supper
Good Friday of the Lord's Passion
Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord
