Planning and Mission Effectiveness

The work of the Office for Planning & Mission Effectiveness encompasses leadership of the new Archdiocesan Pastoral Council, management of the archdiocesan pastoral planning process, accompaniment in strategic planning processes for deaneries, parishes, and pastoral leaders, and the leveraging of research and planning to develop consistent metrics of mission vitality. The Office for Planning and Mission Effectiveness also oversees the responsibilities previously held by the Office of Planning & Research.
