Serve Local Immersion Day
Join us for the Serve Local Immersion Day starting at St. James Cathedral on January 16. As part of Poverty Awareness Month, the Archdiocese of Seattle is sponsoring a service day to help local Catholics connect with and support those experiencing poverty. We will begin with a potluck lunch at St. James Cathedral’s Pastoral Outreach Center then divide into smaller groups to go to different service sites. The day will conclude with a group reflection at St. James Cathedral. Individuals, groups and families are encouraged to come. This event will be an opportunity for Catholics to grow in missionary discipleship and to spend time with those in need.
Registration is required, but there is no cost to attend. For the potluck, providing food is encouraged but not required. Click here to register.
