Mental Health Ministry Retreat 

Learn how your parish community can support mental health issues  with the help of the Archdiocese of Seattle.

Join us in praying together, learning together, and accompanying one another as we collectively seek to reduce stigma, eliminate suicide, and support others on their journey toward good mental health and well-being.  
 

The retreat will feature: 

Keynote by Deacon Ed Shoener, survivor of familial suicide   

Breakout sessions:  

  • Living with a mental illness 
  • Supporting loved ones with mental illness 
  • Starting a Mental Health Ministry  

Mental Health Stations of the Cross 

Reflection time with small groups 

Vigil Mass with Father Gary Lazzeroni
