Mental Health First Aid Workshop

The Archdiocese of Seattle’s Mental Health Ministry invites all parish and school leadership to attend a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Workshop, led by Deacon Eric Paige. MHFA is a skills-based training that teaches teams how to recognize the signs of mental health and substance use challenges. They will learn how to offer support and resources. MHFA gives your team the tools to step up with confidence when someone is struggling.
