Chinese New Year Celebration

Join the Seattle Chinese Catholic Community to celebrate the Chinese New Year on Sunday, January 29 at 1 pm at St. Monica Catholic Church in Mercer Island.

The celebration will start with Mass, concelebrated by Archbishop Paul D. Etienne, Fr. Kurt Nagel and Fr. Joseph Tran. Following the Mass, we will have an Ancestral Veneration Ceremony and a Reception.

Traditionally, the Chinese New Year is like Thanksgiving, a time for families and friends to gather, give thanks and pray for blessings.
