Theology of the Body Retreat for Young Adults
Join Brendan McCauley from the Humanum Project, for a weekend of diving into JPII’s teaching on the Theology of the Body.
Who am I? Why am I here? Why are we male and female? How can I be happy? Pope St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body sheds light on the greatest questions we have in life. On this retreat, Brendan will share with you how the Theology of the Body has radically changed the course of his life and how it can change yours. Drawing heavily upon Sacred Scripture, we will discover the truth of why God created us male and female so that we may come to see how glorious the sexual difference is and how it reveals the mystery of God. This retreat will help men see women in a pure light empowering them to live out authentic masculinity. If you are confused by the culture’s message of how to live out your masculinity and how to be a witness in our wounded world, this retreat will equip and empower you to live fully alive and fearless.
The retreat will begin with dinner on Friday, July 11 and end after lunch on Sunday, July 13.
Registration information to come.
