Friday – July 25, 2025
- 5:00 pm – Welcome and Opening Ceremony
- 6:00 pm – Opening Mass celebrated by Auxiliary Bishop Eusebio L. Elizondo, homily by Bishop Vincent Van Ban Nguyen and concelebrated priests at the outdoor altar
- 7:00 pm – Dinner and Sacred Music Program
- 8:30 pm – Eucharistic Procession
- 9:00 pm – Eucharistic Adoration – Praise & Worship
Saturday – July 26, 2025
- 9:00 am – Healing Mass for the Sick celebrate by Bishop Vincent Van Ban Nguyen with concelebrating priests inside the church. Homily by Father Michael Hong Quang Pham
- 12:00 pm – Lunch – Break
- 6:00 pm – Dinner and Special Cultural Music Program
- 10:30 pm – Candlelight Prayer Vigil for the Homeland
Sunday – July 27, 2025
- 08:30 am – English Mass in the church
- 12:00 pm – Solemn Closing Mass celebrate and homily by Bishop Vincent Ban Van Nguyen at the outdoor altar
- 1:00 pm – Lunch & Entertainment (performed by Our Lady of Lourdes Parish groups)
- 3:00 pm – Closing Ceremony
