Scout Sunday Mass

“A Scout is reverent!”

To complement the 100th anniversary of the presentation of the very first Ad Altare Dei religious emblem for Scouts, all Scouts are invited to a traditional Catholic Event called Scout Sunday, which will actually take place on Saturday, February 7, 10:00 AM at St. James Cathedral. Scouts will be leading our liturgical ministries and Bishop Elizondo will bless religious emblems of all Scouts in the archdiocese who have earned them during a special Mass. Scouts and adult Scouters should bring their earned emblems and wear their Scouting uniform. A simple reception will follow after Mass.
