Mental Health Impacts of Climate Change Young Adult Workshop and Retreat

Are you feeling the weight of today’s environmental challenges? You are not alone. Join the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace and Waterspirit for a free retreat day designed specifically for young adults.

In an era of climate anxiety and uncertainty, this retreat offers a faith-filled sanctuary to name your concerns and find strength in solidarity. Together, we will explore how spirituality and community can transform grief into resilience. Through guided reflection and shared discussion, discover how to move from a place of worry to a life of purposeful, hopeful engagement. Retreat presenters Sister Chero Chuma, CSJP, US Vocation Director, and Blair Nelsen, Executive Director of Waterspirit, will explore how spirituality and community can transform worry into purposeful, hopeful engagement.

While there is no charge for this retreat, free-will offerings are gratefully accepted.

Coffee/tea is available at 9:30 a.m.
