Catholic Dating in 2026: Preparing Our Hearts and Minds for Love in the Modern World 

All Young Adults ages 18-39 are invited to a free Catholic Dating Workshop on Saturday, May 9th, led by Nicole Brown, LMFT. 

Nicole Brown is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over ten years of experience supporting singles in navigating the often-stressful experience of dating. This presentation will provide an opportunity for single Catholics to learn and discuss some of the crucial aspects of finding more success in their dating experience, including:
 

• Asking the right questions of potential new partners
• Understanding how attachment style impacts dating
• Managing dating burnout and related mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and trauma
