Eucharistic Miracles – Dr. Loni Nguyen

As part of their 2024 Speaker Series, St. Monica Church is excited to welcome Dr. Loni Nguyen, MD, MPH!

On Thursday, February 1, at 7PM, Dr. Loni will share a presentation on Eucharistic Miracles. Dr. Loni is a tenured Professor of Biological Sciences at Mount San Antonio College in Los Angeles County, CA. Her husband Peter Nguyen is an ordained permanent deacon, and Dr. Loni has taught classes in the diaconate formation program of the Diocese of Orange. As an expression of her belief in the true presence of Jesus in the Eucharist, she has developed this presentation to share the scientific evidence that supports Eucharistic Miracles. This presentation is based on the book A Cardiologist Examines Jesus by Dr. Franco Serafini.
