Ascend Youth Leadership Retreat

“To the Heights!” – St. Pier Girgio Frassati

All high school students are invited to join us for the Ascend Leadership Retreat, July 27-29, 2026, at the Archbishop Brunett Retreat Center in Federal Way. Today’s Church needs young leaders who are not only confident and capable but also deeply rooted in their Catholic faith. This retreat will help students discover their God-given gifts, grow in spiritual maturity and learn how to lead with integrity, compassion and purpose in their various communities.  

Led by experienced youth ministry leaders and inspired by guest speakers, the retreat will feature a mix of hands-on activities, personal reflection and communal prayer to foster growth. Students will be challenged to step outside their comfort zones, build authentic relationships, deepen their relationship with Christ and discern how God is calling them to lead.
