All event requests must be Catholic, further the mission of the Catholic Church, provide opportunities for faith formation, conversion, discipleship, or evangelization and be open to the public. All requests are subject to approval by the Archdiocese of Seattle.

Although links within the content you provide is very helpful to those considering attendance, we rely on the words you provide here rather than review your attachments in order to discern that message for you.

Important Notes:

  • Speaker Approvals: If your event includes speakers (including priests and religious) from outside the Archdiocese of Seattle, the speakers will need to be approved by the Chancery. To submit a speaker request, go to https://archseattle.org/speaker-request-forms/.
  • Event Image: at the completion of event approval process, and to support addition to the calendar, an image will be needed as the masthead of your event. Images need to conform to our display standards which require an image sized 1440 pixels wide and 550 pixels tall. Please prepare that image and email to web.development@seattlearch.org.
